Industry Expert Appointed Customer Services Director

Adrian Cooper has been appointed as Customer Services Director by leading enterprise search vendor, Simplexo.
 
The appointment of Adrian is a move that will further strengthen the UK management team at a time when the company is experiencing an increase in business opportunities in the market. Adrian brings with him over 10 years' experience in building IT businesses to prominence in Europe, most recently with A&O.

His role will encompass all areas of pre- and post- installation customer service including handling proof of concepts, installation, support, contracts, and customer liaison following roll out of the company's enterprise search solution.
